Since the beginning of 2020 we have been facing an ongoing pandemic that has not only changed every aspect of our lives, but has caused lots of isolation. While we isolate to keep ourselves and our loved ones healthy, that can be detrimental to our mental health.

Mental health is a topic that has not been talked about enough until the past few years, and I would like to share an article that touches on the hardships that have been caused by the pandemic. Being isolated can be extremely lonely, but being isolated during the holidays takes on a whole new meaning. This article is from December of 2020, but it is still relevant as we are seeing new variants and challenges coming at us this year as well.
